In thefirst step of the 3-level Leadership training with Arkas Holding, we informed the participants about the extent and content of the change in the world, and introduced new leadership skills that are changing and valid in today's business world. We conducted case studies and workshops in full-day training sessions attended by all managers and senior executives of Arkas and its subsidiaries.
